The Champagne  Demi-Sec by Yves Ruffin is the result of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from vineyards classified as Premier Cru. The refinement takes place in acacia wood barrels and the wine rests on its yeasts for at least 48 months. Sweet, pleasant and fresh Champagne.
