Racines de Trois
Champagne “Racines de Trois” by Waris Larmandier is the result of the blending of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier from more than fifty years old grapes of the clayey-limestone and chalky soils of three different areas: Côte des Bar, Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Fermentation partly in steel and partly in wood and partially carried out malolactic. A fruity and lively Champagne, pulpy and crunchy, creamy but with a saline skeleton, with a dosage of 6 g/l – Brut.
