The Champagne Oger 2018 by Domaine Vincey is a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from selected old vineyards near the village of Oger, classified as Grand Cru in the renowned Côte des Blancs. Harvest 2018 with vinification and fermentation 100% in fût de chêne, no malolactic fermentation, no clarification, no filtration and maturation on its own yeasts for over 3 years with “bouchons liège” (cork and staple). Zero final dosage  – making it a Brut Nature  – for this extraordinary and intense Champagne Blanc de Blancs. Limited edition production of only 4,845 bottles and 200 magnums.
