The Champagne Chloé by Vincent Couche is an assemblage of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay grown in two different parcels the villages of Montgueux and Buxeuil. Vinification in barrique and no final dosage or added sulfur for this “buttery” Champagne fresh and mature. Limited annual production of 4,500 bottles.
