The Champagne B.S.A. Magnum by Vincent Brochet is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru vineyards in Sacy and Écueil harvested in 2016. The Champagne rests for around 60 months on its lees and has a final dosage of 9 g/l – making it a Brut.
Rich in the inevitable aromas of yeast and toast, the Champagne B.S.A. (Brut Sans Année) Magnum is distinguished by full notes of ripe fruit and plums to the nose. In the mouth, however, it is its freshness that stands out, with a perfect balance between flexibility and durability. Perfect for an aperitif with friends.
