Champagne Éternel Optimisme is the result of 100% Chardonnay from grapes owned by the Domaine in Hautvillers, in the Vallée de la Marne.

2014 harvest, alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous and malolactic is natural. 1 year sur lies aging in large barrels and 7 years in bottle. Dosage in the Brut parameters (6g / l).

This fine and elegant Champagne Blanc de Blancs is ideal for both aperitifs and meals. Limited edition product for 1,500 bottles.
