The Champagne Coeur de Cuvée by Vilmart is a vintage, the result of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, from vineyards aged more than 55, classified as Premier Cru. This Champagne is made of the “heart of wine” (1,400 liters instead of 2,050 of classical vintage), undergoes a slow and accurate process, elaborated over 5 generations to produce a precious and exceptional Champagne. Produced only in the best vintages, this Champagne has an incredible personality.
