The Champagne Ullens Millésime 2014 by Domaine de Marzilly is the result of 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in the surroundings of Hermonville, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, the northernmost region of Champagne. Vintage 2014 with vinification through traditional methods exclusively in oak barrels and over 5 years of aging on its own yeasts with no final dosage (0 g/l) – making it a Brut Nature – for this pure and intense Champagne Blanc de Blancs.

Limited edition of only 900 bottles.

Champagne Blanc de Blancs with shades of golden straw, a vibrant perlage and great delicacy. Aromas of red peach and fresh almond evolve discreetly towards white honey and peppery notes on the nose. Lively and seductive to the palate, with a long taste marked by acidity. The mineral finish offers an elegant storm of white fruit and spices.
