Champagne Les Belles Pièces 2019 by Thibaut Tassin is the result of the blending of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from vineyards of the property parcels (Lieux-dits) “Dalivard” cultivated 100% Chardonnay and “Les Fioles” cultivated 100% Pinot Noir in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar.

Cuvée produced from the best vintage grapes, the percentage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varies from year to year depending on the character that the producer wants to give to the wine. Product of the 2019 harvest, Champagne Les Belles Pièces vinifies entirely in fûts de chêne in the most natural way possible: all fermentation, clarification and stabilization processes happen spontaneously, without any intervention, letting the time to take its course. No added dosage (Brut Nature). Limited edition product for only 400 bottles.
