Champagne Cuvée Le Village 2014 by Secondé-Simon is the result of the blending of 100% Pinot Noir coming from vineyards from the exclusive terroir of Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.

Expression of a single vintage, this cuvée takes its name from the namesake parcel (lieu-dit) in which the vines are grown. The grapes are vinified separately and offer the purest expression of the generous Ambonnay territory. Champagne Cuvée Le Village 2014  is left to age for 7 years before being ready to reveal all its character. Dosage in the Brut parameters.

Sumptuous Champagne, on the nose aromas of licorice, peach and quince; powerful and structured in the mouth. its vinosity allows it to be paired with tasty fish such as turbot but also with white meats.
