Champagne Cuvée Mélodie by Secondé-Simon is the result of 100% Pinot Noir coming from vineyards from the 3 best plots of the property in the village of Ambonnay, Grand Cru village of the Montagne de Reims.

Born from the imagination of Jean-Luc Secondé, this Champagne owes its origin to his sons Nicolas, skilled in dance and Valérie, pianist: the name Mélodie was a way to bring them together in this Cuvée.

Blend from grapes of different vintages and 10% vin de reserve, it represents the selection of the best “coeurs de cuvée“. This cuvée is left to refine for 5 years before being ready to reveal all its character. Dosage in the Brut parameters.

Champagne Cuvée Mélodie is an ode to Pinot Noir: full-bodied and fresh it is a combination of power and finesse; its vinosity allows it to be paired with tasty fish such as salmon and turbot but also with white meats and cheeses.
