Champagne Les Crêtes by Sadi Malot is the result of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards of the chalky soils of Villers – Marmery, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Produced from grapes from the 2018 harvest with the addition of 20% vins de réserve solera, this Champagne vinifies in large barrels and ages for at least 36 months. Blanc de Blancs in a traditional, deep and elegant style. Dosage equal to 7 g/l (Brut).
