Champagne Ruinart

Rosé “second skin”

Ruinart Rosé is the result of an assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly coming from Premier Crus villages, with 20 to 25% vins de reserve from the two previous vintages. It is 45% Chardonnay from the renowed Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and 55% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Vallée della Marne, of which 18-19% vinified in red.

The colour is pink with orange reflexes. Its effervescence is lively and light and has a persistent perlage. It smells fresh and delicate and offers at first a taste of exotic fruit and red berries (raspberry, cherry, strawberry). Its touches of rose and pomegranate complete the complex and intense aromatic profile, with predominant tastes not so insistent.

It tastes full and precise, and is sweety effervescent. Its touches of red berries are clearly perceivable. The balance between roundness and freshness is so pure, that you can also perceive a touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
