Champagne Millésimé 2012 by Domaine Roulot-Fournier is the result of the blending of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier from grapes of vineyards owned in Festigny, in the Vallée de la Marne.

Millésimé 2012, the Cuvée is elaborated solely with grapes from the 2012 harvest and without the addition of vin de réserve and ages on its yeasts for at least 10 years. Dosage 6 g/l (Brut). Limited edition.

Rich and complex Champagne, the prevalence of Chardonnay grapes gives it finesse and elegance. Wide range of aromas and pleasant freshness and liveliness. Excellent to accompany the whole meal, both meat and fish.
