Champagne
Blanc Comme Neige by Pascal Henin is the result of 100% Chardonnay from grapes
from the vineyards of the family Domaine in Chouilly, Grand Cru of the Vallée
de la Marne.

As winter
represents the end of a time, so this cuvée marks the generational passage from
father to son, the transmission of know-how and values, of a wealth of
knowledge and skills learned over the years from Pascal. And while the sun
warms the earth, the seeds of renewal are already sprouting under the snow:
Romain with his innovative ideas and with the desire to experiment is ready to
succeed his father Pascal, who is more tied instead to a concept of Champagne
with a classic style and traditional. The Champagne
Blanc Comme Neige is therefore the latest cuvée that sees the collaboration
between the two.

Harvest 2018 and dosage (3 g/l) performed with the must of the 2022 harvest
made by Romain, it is the reflection of the great classic Champagne. Precise
and structured, it is a Blanc de Blancs that looks to the future.

The label was
created by the French artist Arthur Millot, known as BUR.
