Champagne Grand Eclat 2015 by Roland Champion is the result of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village on the Côte des Blancs. Long aging for this Blanc de Blancs product of the 2015 harvest. Dosage within the limits of the Brut. A superb and expressive Champagne, fine and elegant. The nose is complex with intense floral notes accompanied by notes of yeast and toasted notes on the finish; the palate is harmonious and persistent. Ideal to accompany any meal.
