Cuvée Louise is the flagship of Maison Pommery. This Champagne is only produced in the best vintages from 3 important Grand Crus: Avize and Cramant for Chardonnay (65%) and Aÿ for Pinot Noir (35%). It rests on its yeasts for at least 10 years with a strong complexity and balance.
