The Brut Réserve is the Maison definition of style, an assemblage of 30 wines coming at least from two vintages, expecialli Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier in equal parts. Pinot Noir comes from villages in Montagne de Reims and brings body and character; Chardonnay comes from Epernay and Côte des Blancs in general, bringing lightness and elegance; Meunier comes from Vallée de la Marne and grants youth and strength.

The Champagne smells of white flowers, green apple, croissant and mineral touches. It tastes of peach, hazelnuts and honey, supporting the freshness of acidity.
