Champagne Piollot

Chevry 2015

The Champagne Chevry by Domaine Piollot is the result of a massive selection of Chardonnay grapes, grown in the plot Chevry (lieu-dit) in Polisot, in the Côtes des Bar. Harvest 2015 with fermentation in oak barrels and casks, refining of at least 5 years on its own yeasts and a final dosage of 5 g/l – making it a Brut – before disgorging.
