This Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons by Pierre Peters is 100% Chardonnay – the Champagne par excellence of this producer, created only from the best vintages and from three parcels (lieux-dits), aged more than 45, in the Grand Cru territory of  Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. Before tasting, let it breath in the glass and you will discover its delicacy and excellent balance surrounding it. The strength and minerality of the chalky soil in Le-Mesnil are full in this Champagne, produced since 1971.
