The Champagne Idée de Voyage 2011 by Pierre Legras is a Blanc de Blancs resulting from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the best vineyards located near the village of Chouilly, 100% Grand Cru of Côte des Blancs. Vinification occurs 30% in fût de chêne and the wine ages for more than 8 years on its own yeasts.  Dosage of 3,3 g/l – making it a Brut – for this exclusive expression of a great Champagne Millésime.
