The Champagne Extra Brut Copin Chardonnay by Pierre Deville is a Blanc de Blancs fruit of 100% Chardonnay harvested in the Lieux-Dits Les Epinettes and Les Aloulettes, both old vineyards located in Verzy, classified as 100% Grand Cru village of Montagne de Reims. Harvest 2018 with first 50% fermentation in fût de chêne. Dosage of 2,7 g/l for this large and intense Extra Brut Champagne produced in an extremely limited quantity.
