The Champagne Extra Brut Les Bas des Saran by Philippe Lancelot is the fruit of 100% Chardonnay from 4 parcels (lieux-dits) at the foot of Coteau de Saran, more precisely in the villages classified as Grand Cru: Cramant, Oiry, and Chouilly. Champagne Blanc de Blancs with a very low dosage, sensational freshness and length.  2008 edition of only 6,048 bottles and 411 magnums.
