The Champagne Les Jeamprins 2013 by Pertois-Moriset is the Domaine’s Blanc de Blancs, produced from a single Chardonnay plot: the lieu-dit Les Jeamprins, from which it takes its name, located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. These vineyards, classified as Grand Cru, were planted in 1971 and have a completely northern exposure. For this Champagne a numbered edition of only 1,173 bottles was marketed, after a fermentation on the lees that took place for 70% in steel tanks and for the rest in wooden barrels over 7 months. Refining of 72 months on its own lees and no final dosage for this Champagne Brut Nature.
