Champagne Pertois-Moriset

L’Assemblage

The Champagne L’Assemblage by Pertois-Moriset is composed of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from the vineyards located in Côte de Sezanne. For this Champagne the basic vintage is 2020 and fermentation on the yeasts takes partially place in the foudre (30% vin  de réserve).

This Cuvée smells of intense fruity aromas and white flowers and it tastes of excellent freshness, with a subtle perlage, spicy flavors and dried fruit alternate with a finish of balanced sapidity. A perfect Champagne for aperitifs in company and moments together.
