The Champagne Des Jours et de Muids by Paul Gosset is the result of the blend of 80% Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Meunier – coming from all the vineyards of the property located in Aÿ, Mareuil sur Aÿ and Dizy. The Cuvée is composed of 50% wine from the 2019 vintage and the remaining 60% from vin de réserve (perpetual reserve from the 2004 to 2018 vintage). The vinification is carried out with indigenous yeasts inside small barrels and the subsequent refinement in 600 litre barrels. No dosage for this rich and intense Champagne Brut Nature.
