The Champagne Brut Bouzy MV by Paul Clouet is a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the village of Bouzy (Grand Cru). Vinification occurs in steel and aging on its own yeasts for a minimum of 60 months before disgorging. 

The Champagne Brut Bouzy MV is a rich and fresh wine coming exclusively from the terroir of Bouzy and the Pinot Noir fully expresses its character and delicate finesse.
