The Champagne Le Moint Aimé 2009 by Pascal Doquet is a Blanc de Blancs coming from a careful selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the same-name lieu-dit in the surrounding of Vertus, vila village classified as Premier Cru in the renowed Côte des Blancs. Ageing period of over 12 years on its own lees for this refined, mineral and well-structured Champagne Brut Nature.
