Champagne Olivier Horiot
Éphémère 2015
Champagne Éphémère 2015 by Olivier Horiot is the result of the blending of Meunier, Pinot Gris and Petit Meslier in unknown proportions, result of Olivier Horiot‘s creative gamble, coming from vineyards in the Ricey village, in Côte des Bar.
Millésime 2015, Champagne Éphémère retracts on the label the Japanese ideogram of Unmei meaning “Chance” or “Destiny”, just to indicate the singularity of this unusual cuvée.
This cuvée ages in steel tanks for 12 months and ages on lees for 24 months. Minimum addition of sulfites and no final dosage (0 g/l – Brut Nature).
Champagne with an intense straw yellow color, solid foam and fine perlage. The nose reveals exotic fruits and fresh flowers, notes of dry pastries. The taste is dry, vibrant and structured, of incredible elegance. Excellent to drink.
Limited edition of only 4,67 bottles.
