Arbane 2016

The Champagne Arbane by Olivier Horiot is the result of 100% Arbane (cépages oubliés) grapes – a rare and forgotten variety, that is authorised in the Champagne region. It is also the fruit of a creative hazard by Olivier Horiot, with grapes coming from a single vineyard planted in the neighbourhoods of Ricey, in Côte des Bar.

Harvest 2016, fermentation in steel tanks for 12 months, followed by ageing on its own yeasts fro 24 months. Light sulphite addition and no final dosage for this Brut Nature. 

Limited edition of only 448 bottles. BIO-Certification.
