The Champagne L’angélique 2016 by Mouzon Leorux is the result of 100% Chardonnay harvested in the village of Verzy, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the Grande Montagne de Reims area. Harvest 2016 and vinification in fûts de chêne, 48 months on yeasts and a zero final dosage of 2 g/l – Brut Nature – for this fantastic Champagne Blanc de Blancs, produced in an extremely limited quantity of only 3,515 bottles.
