So it always creates a marvellous assemblage out of the three classical vines, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, vinified in red, to grant a light pink colour with copper nuances, recalling the sunset in the Champagne region.

Originally, the Champagne Rosé was eleborated through a short fermentation, whereas today it comes from an assemblage of Vin Rouge and Blanc before bottling. The selection of Pinot Noirs add the fuity, lively and brilliant character to Rosé Impérial, offering freshness and spontaneity.
