This Champagne is the result of an harmonious assemblage of three vines: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, as well as more than 200 crus and vins de reserve to preserve its style over time. it is characterised by a fruity (fresh fruit) and flowery (white flowers) bouquet, with croissant touches, thanks to its resting on yeasts for over 30 months. When tasting, you can find it supple and robust, but also fresh and persistent at the end.
