Les Moineaux 2014

The Champagne Les Moineaux 2014 by Minière is a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay grapes only, harvested in the same-name lieu-dit, located around the village of Hermonville and planted with 40 year-old vineyards. Vinification and refining occur in fûts de chêne, before the wine rests for around 5 years on its own yeasts. No final dosage – making it a Brut Nature – for this intense and mineral Champagne Blanc de Blancs. First limited edition of only 630 bottles.
