The Champagne Brut Zéro by Minière is an assemblage of 41% Pinot Noir, 36% Meunier and 23% Chardonnay from the lieux-dits Les Fosselles and Les Fauvagnes. 76% vintage 2017 with an addition of 24% vin de reserve from 2016. Vinification and refinement in fûts de chêne, resting on its yeasts for 3 years and no final dosage for this expressive, generous and intense Champagne.
