The Champagne Influence by Minière is an assemblage of 33% Pinot Noir, 46% Meunier and 21% Chardonnay from the lieux-dits Les Fosselles, Les Couturelles and Les Fauvagnes. 74% vintage 2018 with an addition of 26% vintage 2017. Vinification and refinement in fûts de chêne, resting on its yeasts for 3 years and final dosage of 5 g/l for this long, complex and local Champagne.
