The Champagne Tradition by Marx-Coutelas & Fils is the result of an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes harvested from vineyards around the village of Venteuil in the Vallée de la Marne. Fermentation occurs in steel and oak barrels. This Champagne rests on its lees for around 24 months and has a final dosage of 6 g/l – making it a Brut. The result is a fruity and generous Champagne Brut.
