Champagne Rayon de Lumière by Manon Boutillez-Guer is the result of 100% Chardonay, from vines of Villers-Marmery classified Premier Cru village, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.

This cuvée is made according to the Solera method from 2014 vintage base. 

Champagne Blanc de Blancs Nature elegant, refined and very fresh. The nose reveals fragrances of chalk, brioche and honey, before opening up with notes of white fruit and flowers.

“Savouring the ephemeral, capturing the bewitching, savouring the mystery of a Terroir and sublimating the moment…” this is the experience that Manon Boutillez-Guer wants to bringing life through her Champagnes.
