Fascinated by the aromatic expression of Pinot Noir from Champagne, Louis Roederer elaborates its Cuvée Vintage relying on Pinots Noir from Montagne de Reims, where vineyards face north-east and get ripe over a longer time. The personality of this great wine develops over time in wooden vats. Elaborated from 71% Pinot Noir and 29% Chardonnay. 30% of them is vinified in oak barrels. This Vintage rests on its yeasts for 4 years, and 6 more months after disgorging to make its ripeness even better.
