The Champagne Cuis 2017 by Les Freres Mignon comes from the blending of 100% Chardonnay grapes from a massive selection carried out in 1974 around the village of Cuis, within the area of the Côte de Blancs. The final dosage amounts to 1.6 g/l – making it an Extra Brut. This Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésime has been produced by the brothers Florent and Julien in a limited quantity of only 1,781 bottles.
