The Champagne Rosé Saignèe de Meunier Millésime 2015 by Lelarge-Pugeot consists of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru vineyards of the village of Vrigny in the Montagne de Reims. This Cuvée with deep maceration (32 hours) rests on its yeasts for at least 4 years, and later 6 months in barrels ending with a dosage of 0 g/l – making it a Brut Nature.
