Côte Brute Magnum
The Champagne Côte Brute Magnum by Le Brun de Neuville is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, harvested from 45-year-old vines with a south-eastern exposure on clay and chalk soils in the Côte de Sézanne area. Harvest base 2014 with 50% vin de réserve, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and 4% oak barrels with ageing on its own yeasts for at least 9 years.
The Champagne Côte Brute is rich in minerality and structure, seducing with its freshness. Obtained with a large amount of Chardonnay, implemented by Pinot Noir, the Côte Brute reflects the different vine landscape of the Côte de Sézanne.
