The Champagne Grande Cuvée Rosé Alexandra 2004 by Laurent-Perrier is the best expression of passion, quality and excellence of the Maison. Launched in 1987 and produced only in 8 vintages (the latest was 2004) in extremely limited quantities. It is 80% Pinot Noir macerated plus 20% Chardonnay coming from the best vineyards, classified as Grand Cru in the territories of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzenay for Pinot Noir and Avize, Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for Chardonnay. It rests 10 years on its yeasts and the result is a fresh Champagne Rosé, elegant, refined and mineral. The rarity of this Grande Cuvée Alexandra Rosé is also underlined by the elegance of its bottle. it has a peculiar shape, similar to the glass walls of the 17th century. It recalls one of the first Champagnes at the French court.
