The Champagne Harmony by Laurent-Perrier is a Demi-Sec, round and delicate, thanks to a high percentage of Chardonnay and a balanced dosage (40 g/l). Demi-Sec Champagne, with its “sweet” aspect, was very appreciated in the 18th century and widely known as a wine for great occasions. Yet many Champagne lovers are still linked to the subtlety of the pleasures of the past and today rediscover with enthusiasm the pure freshness and rich intensity of Laurent-Perrier Harmony, as an ideal companion for desserts or sweet and savory dishes. 

The Champagne Harmony by Laurent-Perrier has an intense and brilliant golden yellow colour. Intense and rich nose with notes of dried fruit (almonds and hazelnuts) and roasted or grilled aromas. After several years of aging, the nose evolves towards deeper notes of honey and pine resin. Full-bodied and generous, it is a Champagne rich and round to the touch. It is best enhanced with sweet/salty dishes and it goes particularly well with desserts and pastries.
