This Champagne is 100% Chardonnay coming from mono Cru, with no added sugar, so it is a Brut Nature par excellence. Grapes come only from the old vineyards in Vertus and fermentation occurs both in stainless steel tanks and in barrels. With a light colour, fresh and mineral.
