The Champagne Brut R.019 by Lallier is the result of a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir from grapes mainly harvested in the villages of Avize, Cramant, Oger, Aÿ, Verzenay, Bouzy and Ambonnay. The R series is a reflection on a harvest: in this specific Champagne the grapes come for 88% from the 2019 harvest with the assembly of the remaining 12% from the 2018 and 2012 harvests. Dosage of 8 g/l for this crisp and intriguing Champagne Brut.
