The Champagne Millésime 2012 by Lallier is part of the Collection Mémorie, a series of exceptional vintage champagnes, recently disgorged. The year 2012 is the result of an assemblage of 45% Chardonnay harvested in Côte des Blanc and 55% Pinot Noir from grapes harvested in the Grand Cru village in Aÿ. Aging period of about 7 years on its own yeasts for this balanced and creamy Champagne Millésime.
