Les Reines Magnum

The Champagne Les Reines by Julien Prélat is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay from the best vineyards located in the village of Celler-sur-Ouce, in the Côtes des Bars. Vinification occurs in “fût de Chêne” borgognotte by Chassagne-Montrachet and the aging period on its own yeasts lasts for at least 48 months. No final dosage – making it a Brut Nature – to fully express its characteristics.

The Blanc de Blancs Les Reines is a “gastronomic” Champagne with delicious citrus notes, white fruit with hints of vanilla and delicate sweet spices. The notes of buttered brioche bring complexity, then evolving into mentholated, peppery and balsamic notes. On the palate it is silky and creamy, with an excellent balance of ripe citrus fruits and slightly toasted wood.
