The Champagne Brut Nature Éole 2015 by Jules Brochet is the result of an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The former comes from the Taissy terroir and the latter grows in the Grand Cru territory of Mailly. Exclusively 2015 vintage and no final dosage for this intense and rich Champagne Millésime. Produced in a limited and numbered quantity of only 620 bottles.
