The Champagne Brut Nature Albane by Jules Brochet is the result of 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested from a single plot, the lieu-dit Le Mont Ferré, located in the surroundings of Taissy. Harvest base 2018, spontaneous fermentation and no final dosage for this rich and mineral Champagne Blanc de Blancs. Limited production of only 277 bottles.
